The Imperial Russian wars against the North Caucasus Nations and the annoying and painful conclusions that were derived through as the effects of colonial military occupation went to inflict varieties of disaster, aftermath and results which made the ruinous events of the ethnic cleansing, genocide, deliberate and systematic destruction, man-slaughter, blood-shed, population and demographic displacement and re-distribution, expulsion, imprisonment, killing, antagonizing, and provocation. It is obvious and accurate to reach the consequences of the disasters that were inflicted on the nations of the North Caucasus as a result of grave events marked by great loss and lasting distress and affliction state of deep suffering and agony beside the misery that were caused by the major misfortune and loss that were contributed as the outcomes that brought great damage, loss, and destruction of motherland, and the structure of the Nations of the North Caucasus Region. The communities and minorities of the North Caucasus who were dispersed in Diaspora in more than 40 countries around the world also faced hardships and difficult situations in accordance with international, regional and local developments that affect those countries. There are some conflicts in those countries and regions of the world that North Caucasians were negatively under the influence of the normal life of North Caucasians when they were subjected to the same circumstances that their great grandfathers had to face when the Russians decided to penetrate and intrude their home land, with a difference that the disaster this time is originated in Diaspora like what happened to North Caucasians living in Syria, Kosovo, and last, but not least in Iraq. The community of "Northern Caucasians of Iraq" formed by Adygas, Chechens and representatives of peoples of Dagestan who happened to be living in Iraq, and to be effected by the tuff conditions and circumstances of civil war, while they are strangers living within the Iraqis who are fighting and killing each other! They are establishing contact with North Caucasians and looking forward to solve out their problems by leaving disastrous Iraq and return home, back to the Caucasus which is their legitimate right according to the International Law. In the principles of reasoning, logic and sense, core values dictate that "knowing where you're going is the first step to getting there". There should be an agenda, plan, road-map, and/or program for all of those who got their legitimate rights and deeds confiscated, stolen, denied, forgotten, inhibited, prohibited, and forbidden. The present and future strategy should be depicted, described and fully understood for the working teams and individuals who are going to explain the situation and to present the proposals for solving out the problems that were collecting and piling up that reached the size of a huge snow ball in a countless problems that need to be solved out. The civilized world including the International community, the (UNPO) Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organization, the Human Rights associations and organizations, and the United Nations are urged and obliged to solve out the genocide consequences that need to be pinpointed such as the apology from the Russian government then to compensation, and the right of self-determination which includes the right of returning home and restoring all rights that were taken as a result of the Russian occupation.
